We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve our services; to personalize your job search experience using AI-powered matching; to communicate with you about your account and our services; to analyze usage patterns and improve our platform; and to comply with legal obligations.
PoppyJobs uses artificial intelligence, powered by Anthropic's Claude, to analyze your career snapshot and match you with relevant job opportunities. Your resume and career information is processed to generate job title recommendations and match scores. We do not use your personal data to train AI models.
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share your information with trusted service providers who assist us in operating our platform, including Supabase (database), Vercel (hosting), and Anthropic (AI processing). These providers are contractually obligated to keep your information confidential.
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
